SHIPPING/ RETURN POLICY It is our policy here at G.E.O.G. to charge only the exact amount the shippers charge plus $1.50 for supplies (such as boxes, popcorn, bubble wrap, tape and labor). We do not inflate the price to increase our profit. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTORIZATION NUMBER Contact us by the methods on the contact us page within three days of receipt for an RA#. Undamaged Returns: If an item is not what we said it was and you are not 100% satisfied you may return the item for a replacement item, a credit or a refund. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping. The item must be in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Contact us by the methods on the contact us page within three days of receipt for an RA#. Damaged Items: Although this is very unlikely, if you do receive an item that appears to have been shipped damaged, that is the shipping box is not damaged, then contact us by the methods on the contact us page within three days of receipt for an RA#. Shipping Damage: If an item arrives damaged from shipping, KEEP ALL CONTENTS---DO NOT THROW AWAY THE BOX, PACKING MATERIALS (POPCORN, BUBBLE WRAP) AND CONTACT US immediately so we can file a claim.
